CATSWeb is a 100% Zero Client^TM (browser-based) version of the successful idsCATS product line, first introduced in 1995. CATSWeb was designed to help firms track issues and actions from identification through disposition and corrective action. Customers use the application to manage their manufacturing defects, customer complaints, safety issues, supplier quality, audits and findings, R & D problem reports, plus much more.

CATSWeb includes powerful analytical and dashboard features that help companies solve problems faster, and has proven to be instrumental in helping firms achieve and maintain ISO/QS 9000 certification and comply with the FDA's requirements for electronic records, electronic signatures and time-stamped audit trails (21 CFR Part 11). The CATSWeb application currently serves over three hundred companies.
